Transport Supervisor - Rustenburg at Ampath

Purpose of Position:

• To manage and supervise the courier Activities to ensure sufficient and timeous service delivery and to assist the Area Manager with performing operational functioning and logistical processes.

Requirements:

• Certificate: Supervision, Certificate or Diploma: Transport Management, Grade 12 (Required), Grade 12 with Mathematics, Valid South African drivers licence (Code EB)

Required Experience:

• Experience as Dispatch Controller,
• Knowledge: Basic Vehicle Maintenance, Knowledge: Computer / IT Specifications and available technology, Knowledge: Fleet Management System,
• Knowledge: Google and Google Mail, Knowledge: HR and IR policies and procedures, Knowledge: Meditech system,
• Knowledge: MS Excel, Knowledge: MS Word, Knowledge: National Traffic Rules and Regulations,
• Knowledge: Relevant Geographical Area, Knowledge: Road Accident Fund, Knowledge: Transport related procedures and processes, Knowledge: Transport related software (ICCS and CCS), Laboratory transport experience, Senior and / or supervisory or managerial experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Area Manager with operational tasks in order to ensure the effective functioning of the transport department, Maintain good client relations to promote the image of Ampath,
