Treasury Accountant at FirstRand Group

Purpose

• To report on financial performance of Group Treasury.

Responsibilities

• Actively observe other accountants on their portfolios
• Manage a specific portfolio(s) within Group Treasury Finance department
• Manage finance data and reporting
• Effective teamwork, self-management and alignment with Group values
• Utilises opportunities to share knowledge                     

Experience and qualifications         

• CA (SA) WITH 2 -3 years post Qualifying Experience 
• Prior banking experience / Financial Services Audit Preferable
• Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential.
• Advanced in the use of Microsoft Excel and Pivots
