Treasury Administrator at Bosch Holdings (Pty) Ltd

Job Description

Bosch is looking for an experienced Treasury Administrator, the successful candidate must be experienced in the field and have previous exposure in the bank platform and operational treasury processes.

Duties include but are not limited to the following:

• Accurate uploading and processing of all vendor payments onto the SAP system;
• Investigate and correct any line items found not processed successfully, advise the other parts of the finance department on any discrepancies;
• Act as proxy for team members during absence;
• Ensure filling is done accurately after the payment process is completed;
• To ensure all instruction letters are signed by the authorised signatories;
• Opening and closing of bank accounts, ensuring all required documentation is sent to the relevant stakeholders /parties;
• Bank reconciliation for Robert Bosch South Africa's bank call account must be  done monthly and on time, and to ensure all day-to-day administration of the treasury department is completed;
• Bank credit card administration covering the Sub-Saharan region;

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years relevant experience;
• Experience in bank platform and operational treasury processes;
• SAP FI modules;
• Implementation of controls, checks and balances to ensure proper dual processes are being followed;

Qualifications

• Grade 12 / Matric;
• Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Finance or related field.
