Triton SCS: Facilities and Building Supervisor at Plennegy Group

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Facilities Management and Maintenance

• Oversee the day-to-day operation and maintenance of office buildings, warehouses, or other facilities.
• Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and upgrades with vendors and contractors.
• Manage building systems such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and security.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure safety, cleanliness, and functionality.

Occupational Health and Safety 

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, building codes, and company policies.
• Maintain emergency preparedness plans (fire drills, evacuation procedures, etc.).
• Monitor access control and security systems.

Vendor and Contract Management

• Source, negotiate, and manage service contracts for cleaning, security, maintenance, and utilities.
• Evaluate vendor performance and ensure service-level agreements are met.

Sustainability and efficiency

• Implement energy-saving initiatives and sustainability programs.
• Monitor utilities consumption and recommend efficiency improvements.

Support Services

• Oversee reception, mailroom, parking, and meeting room services.
• Provide administrative support for corporate events or visitor management.
• Assist with Business Administration (PO`s).

Housekeeping

• To ensure a safe, clean, organised and comfortable working environment to all employees.
• Maintain a positive image of the Company, client and service providers.

Requirements

REQUIREMENTS:

Experience:

• Matric (Grade 12).
• 1-3 years experience gained through Administration and Maintenance.
• Knowledge of vendor processes and buildings.
• Health, safety and environmental experience.
• Repair coordination.

Knowledge:

• Facilities operations and maintenance.
