Unit Manager Health and Well-being at Sibanye-Stillwater

Job Purpose:

• To ensure that management systems, processes, policies and resources within the unit are in place and functional, aligned to meet the operational health requirements as set out in the health and Wellbeing strategic plan and delivered in a well-defined service standard.

Minimum Required Qualification:

• NQF 8 (Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBChB)
• Diploma or specialist qualification in Occupational Health

The Appointee should:

• Registration with Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA)
• Medically fit to work in the specific business area
• Clear security screening record
• Valid driver’s license
• At least 3 years’ experience as an Occupational Medical Practitioner, with a minimum of 2 years managerial experience

• Apply the principles of corporate governance and ethics in a function. Apply the principles of ethics to improve organisational culture. Apply basic business principles. Apply problem-solving techniques. Apply research techniques to analyse and interpret data.
