Upgrading Manager Designate - Mkhondo at PG Bison

Main functions will include but is not limited to:

•  Manage production output, safety, quality and efficiencies
•  Manage, plan and control of work centres
•  Manage and monitor board stock and Raw Material Warehouse
•  Validate the Master Production Schedule to award accurate lead times
•  Achieve agreed standards of product quality
•  Prepare and adhere to departmental budget
•  Maintain good housekeeping standard
•  Analysis of quality control information provided and initiate corrective action plans as required

Minimum qualifications and experience:

•  Diploma/Degree in Wood Technology and/or relevant qualification or
•  Diploma in Production Management / Engineering or Operations Management
•  10 Years Manufacturing experience with 5 years in a supervisory position
