User Access Administrator - Bellville at Capitec Bank

Purpose Statement

• Provide the users in the organisation with the correct logical access capability in line with their job role.

• Configure key infrastructure components on an operational level.
• Responsible for User Life Cycle Management
• Password Management
• Identity Governance
• User Access support services

Experience

Min: 

• 3 years’ experience using MS active directory
• 3 years’ experience working on MS Power platforms for e.g. Power BI
• 3 years’ experience working on any identity access management systems for e.g. - Sail point

Ideal:

• 2+ years’ experience in end user access administration

Qualifications (Minimum)

• Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational

Qualifications (Ideal or Preferred)

• A relevant qualification in Information Technology

Knowledge

Min:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• A general understanding of IT systems and infrastructure

Ideal:

• A general understanding of the retail banking industry
• Proficiency in User Access administration
