Role responsibilities: 

• Design and develop world-class web and mobile banking interfaces.
• Elevate customer experience through innovation and creativity.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align technology with business goals.
• Knowledge Transfer: A key aspect of this role is to empower the existing team by transferring knowledge, ensuring a seamless transition from legacy systems.
• Digitization: Deploying next-gen digital banking solutions for a seamless, secure, and dynamic customer experience.
• Core Banking Overhaul: Implementing a modern, scalable, and resilient banking system.
• Innovation at Its Best: Utilizing cutting-edge technologies to introduce revolutionary financial products and services.

Requirements: 

• Experience in Oracle Digital Banking Experience (OBDX) – Hands-on experience with OBDX or similar digital banking platforms.
• Front-End Development Skills – Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (e.g., Angular, React, Vue.js).
• Mobile Banking Development – Experience creating seamless, responsive mobile banking experiences.
• UX/UI Design Expertise – Ability to enhance customer experience through innovative design and functionality.
• Collaboration & Communication – Ability to work closely with stakeholders to align development with business goals.
• Knowledge Transfer – Willingness and ability to mentor and upskill existing teams supporting legacy systems.
