ABOUT THE ROLE:

• This role is a permanent full-time position.
• As a Supervisor Maintenance Electrical, you will be responsible to lead an electrical maintenance team within an Operation and ensures that planned maintenance activities on the plant and equipment under your assigned accountability area are safely executed in line with the care strategy.

Other key responsibilities include, but aren’t limited to:

• Maintain health, safety and housekeeping within the internal environment;
• Conduct electrical inspections;
• Analyze and solve electrical problems;
• Do fault finding on Medium/High voltage networks;
• Maintain unit protection on electrical equipment;
• Attend to callouts with regards to electrical breakdowns;
• Wire and commission three phase electrical circuits;
• Supervise electrical team;
• Initiate electrical drawings;
• Sets goals for maintenance improvement through establishing KPI’s.

ABOUT YOU:

You will have experience and demonstrate capability in the following:

• Must have a minimum of 4 years relevant experience in maintenance of which at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity;
• SAP knowledge;

Qualifications for this role are:

•  Grade 12;
•  N3 Technical Certificate;
•  Valid Drivers License;
•  Valid Trade Test.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

• This role is a fixed term contract position.
• As an Operator Wheel Dozer, you will be responsible to intermittedly level active loading benches where excavators are utilized for loading. Also, to quickly and effectively clear fly rock and spillages from road and loading surfaces. Dozing as part of finishing during  road and ramp construction will also be applicable from time to time.

Other key responsibilities include, but aren’t limited to:

• Ensure continuous judgement to level loading floor at the correct profile;
• Ensure continuous judgement during road clearing and construction not to cut excessively deep or too much material which could damage the machine;
• Conduct the pre-shift checks prior to operating machine;
• Conduct the applicable Safe Work Instruction for normal routine tasks or Risk Assessment if non-routine tasks are required;
• Report all equipment defects or unsafe conditions to the control room and supervisor;
• Work with physical assets, plant and equipment as defined by the Operation’s standards and operating procedures;
• Execute production or related activities according to the daily mining schedule’
• Follow the daily mining schedule for the machine and meet the daily targets;
• Adhere to general Induction and site specific procedural training;
• Adhere to operator license training and operate only when competent to do so;
• Adhere to operational procedures and standards, applying safe work practices;
• Report any unsafe behavior, conditions and incidents to the responsible person.

ABOUT YOU:

You will have experience and demonstrate capability in the following:

• Must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in operating mobile equipment in a mining or plant environment;
• Experience in Mining production and exposure in surface mining operations.

Qualifications for this role are:

• External Candidates: Grade 12;
• Internal Candidates:  Grade 10;
• Equipment license on either CAT dozer D8, D10;
• Valid Drivers license.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

• This role is a permanent full-time position.
• As an operator track dozer, you will be responsible to doze Overburden or Manganese from the applicable dumping area either a waste dump or Inpit stockpile. Dumping could include road, ramp, safety and catchment construction.

Other key responsibilities include, but aren’t limited to:

• Participate in investigations into workplace incidents;
• Report any unsafe behavior, conditions and incidents to the responsible person;
• Conduct pre-use inspections, routine inspections and report defects;
• Operate mobile equipment based on operational requirements;
• Keep mobile equipment clean and in a good condition all the time;
• Will be required to operate the different machines based on operational requirements.

ABOUT YOU:

You will have experience and demonstrate capability in the following:

• At least a minimum of 3 year experience in operating mobile equipment in a mining environment;
• Mining production experience in surface mining operations.

Qualifications for this role are:

• Grade 12 for external candidates;
• Grade 10 for internal candidates
• Competency B Certificate is advantageous;
• Equipment license on either CAT dozer D8, D10;
• Valid driver's licence.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

• This role is a permanent full-time position.
• As a Coordinator Payroll Processing, you will be responsible to provide support, coordination and administration for the activities of the Payroll Processing function within GBS and to process global payrolls and statutory vendor reconciliations and payments with timely, accurate and customer-focused execution for South32.

Other key responsibilities include, but aren’t limited to:

• Analyse and apply country specific legislative requirements to underlying processes for scheduled and unscheduled payroll runs, vendor reporting and payments;
• Manage allocated cases within required SLA’s;
• Ensuring integrity of positive assurance program for the function;

ABOUT YOU:

• Must have a minimum 3 years experience in HR / Payroll processing or a Shared Services Environment.;
• Experience in SAP;
• Outsourced payroll data management and compliance reviews.

Qualifications for this role are:

• National Advanced Certificate (2 years) in Finance, HR or Business Administration;
• Grade 12.
