By partnering with cross-functional teams and customers, you will turn your insights into delightful products in a creative environment that requires proven leadership skills and the ability to execute a creative vision.

Responsibilities

• Leverage the design thinking process to gather insight and craft innovative experiences.

• Work with internal teams and clients to understand how the company serves telecommunications market segments and workflows/personas.

• Work with product and engineering to define usability problems and product opportunities, and build out human-centered interfaces.

• Communicate the user experience at various stages of the design process with wireframes, flow diagrams, storyboards, mockups, and/or high-fidelity prototypes.

• Design compelling data visualisations and workspaces that drive customer action.

• Manage the design libraries that set styling standards for component-based front-end designs.

• Deliver screens, flows and assets for the overall product roadmap in conjunction with engineering and product teams.

• Create original vector-based icons and illustrations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in design or equivalent practical experience.

• No less than 2-3 years of professional experience as a digital or UI designer (with at least some UI experience)

• An excellent online portfolio showcasing UI and visual design work, highlighting multiple projects and your direct contributions.
