UX/UI Designer (Mid-Senior) at Parvana

Role Responsibilities

• Working closely with the UX lead and UI lead.
• Partnering with the product team, stakeholders and customers to design solutions.
• Contributing to the design system.
• Facilitating discovery workshops.
• Creating user journeys.
• Creating low-fidelity wireframes & high-fidelity prototypes and UI designs.
• Conducting user research and presenting findings.

Preferred Qualifications

• A diploma or equivalent in the design field

Relevant Skills / Experience

• 5 years plus experience as a UX Designer
• A portfolio of work done to date
• User-centred design experience
• Highly proficient in design and prototyping using Figma
• Understanding of and experience in contributing to design systems
• Expertise in research software such as: Optimal Workshop, and Zuko
• Product and competitor research
• Data analysis & working with Google analytics are a plus
• Excellent communication skills.
• Flexible approach as you'll be required to work on a diverse range of projects
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic HTML5 & CSS3 are a plus
