As a Claims Advisor, you’ll:

• Use your veterinary nursing expertise to make accurate and informed claims decisions.
• Provide exceptional support to pet parents, ensuring a seamless and positive claims process.
• Manage complex claims from start to finish with care and precision.
• Communicate claim outcomes clearly to customers, vets, and clinics across all communication channels.
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure efficient and correct claims decisions.
• Contribute to the innovative GapOnly service by assessing claims in real-time and liaising with veterinary clinics.
• Share your technical knowledge to support other areas of the business.

Minimum Requirements

• Qualifications in Veterinary Nursing.
• A passion for pets—either as a pet parent or advocate.
• Clinical experience in veterinary care.
• Alignment with our mission to ease the worries of pet ownership.
• A track record of meeting and exceeding performance expectations.
• Strong relationship-building skills with customers and colleagues.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
