Forming part of a sustainable holistic Virtual Advisory practice:

• To provide new business quotes to short-term insurance clients in Personal Lines.
• To provide a solution orientated service to customers in Short-term Insurance and give advice.
   

Job Description

• To establish and maintain a professional relationship with all stakeholders (Client, Bank personnel, Product providers, Virtual Advisors and Virtual Agents) telephonically and online.
• Meet sales and/or growth targets
• Ensure that all Absa Group Compliance exams are completed timeously, and the relevant pass mark achieved.

Personal Development

• NQF level 4: Grade 12
• 60 Short-term Insurance FAIS credits at NQF Level 5
• Higher certificate in Insurance
• RE completed
• 1 Year Experience in a similar role
• Successful Fit & Proper assessment
