Ensure all buying strategies are interpreted into workable layout solutions & ensure stores are easy to shop and in line with seasonal merchandise strategy
To workshop/communicate all merchandise principles nationally to ensure successful implementation
Visual Presentations delivered, verbal and written communication (manuals, mailers etc) meets company standards
Mock-ups - communicate and facilitate any communication and set up processes required to get relevant sign off for various projects
Sign off all relevant sizes, substrates and quantities with the creative & design manager & ensure that stores receive the correct elements/quantities
Follow-up on all relevant parties to ensure that critical deadlines are met to ensure delivery into store
Ensure that all creative briefs are executed timeously within a critical path to ensure delivery into store
Ensure that all print material is quoted for and signed off within the critical path to ensure effective budget use
Trend monitoring - Stay on top of retail, design and AI trends to keep concepts fresh and relevant
Analytics – Drive sales through data informed visual storytelling, leveraging AI and clear cross team communication on impactful in-store execution
Qualifications
Matric / Grade 12 (essential)
Minimum 1 year of Visual Merchandising experience (essential)
2–3 years of in-store Fashion Retail experience (advantageous)
Field/Roaming visual experience (preferred)
A qualification in Fashion, Marketing, Retail Management or Business (advantageous)
