    Warehouse Administrator

    Job description

    Primary Responsibilities for the Role

    • Repair Admin Process
    • Booking in all equipment for repairs
    • Creating jobs in ERP system
    • Updating CRM repairs cases
    • Liaising with clients

    Warehouse Admin Process

    • Printing of delivery notes
    • Supervise cleaning staff
    • Maintain health and safety records
    • Assist with receiving
    • Assist with Dispatch
    • Assist with stock takes
    • Enquire the courier charges requested by Sales for Customers.
    • Manage packing slips for equipment being shipped out to the branches.
    • manage stationery and groceries for warehouse.
    • Report any faults that need to be addressed at the warehouse to Facilities Manager e.g. sewer blockage, replacing bulbs and etc.

    Minimum requirements

    Minimum Qualification and Experience Requirements

    • Matric / Grade 12 / Equivalent
    • Minimum 1 years’ experience in admin role or graduate in Admin/Logistics/SCM/Procurement

    Desired Skills and Qualities

    • Able to work unsupervised
    • Good communication
    • Computer literacy essential
    • Well organized and focused on service delivery
    • Friendly and motivating attitude
    • Ability to work under pressure, prioritize and multi-task
    • Attention to detail is vital
