Monitor stock levels and update inventory systems.
Conduct regular stock takes and cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies.
Coordinate stock replenishment
Raise purchase requisitions as and when required.
Expedite delivery and ensure P2P process loop closed.
Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments.
Manage Bay booking.
Verify delivery documentation and inspect goods for damage.
Capture and report on Truck turnaround time and constantly drive to reduce standing time to improve customer service.
Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and warehouse activities.
Report on stock levels and order status.
Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
Ensure items are properly stored and labelled.
Liaise with suppliers, transport companies, and internal departments.
Schedule and track deliveries and pickups.
Supervise warehouse staff, including assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and providing training.
Ensure team adherence to safety and operational policy and procedures.
Conduct one on ones and support staff development.

The ideal candidate must have a completed Matric and it would be an added advantage should the candidate have a diploma or degree.
This role calls for a person who possess at least two years of experience in a warehouse environment, candidate must have good communication skills and have an overall good attitude.
This candidate must be computer literate in MS Office, experience on SAP as this role will requirement someone who is fully proficient on this ERP.
