    Warehouse Controller

    Key performance areas are include (but not limited to):

    Effective Human Resource Management:

    • Entrench a High-Performance Culture (HPC) within the Warehouse team
    • Cultivate staff morale and employee engagement.
    • Grow Human Resource capability and capacity.

    Effective Financial Management:

    • Management of variable personnel cost
    • Management of other variable running cost
    • Management of write-off and loss account
    • Management of waste & recovery cost

    Effective Operations & Risk Management:

    • Provide an effective service to internal and external customers.
    • Entrench the Supply Chain Excellence Operating Model
    • Entrench SOP’s and Work Instructions
    • Entrench SHERQ standards and practises.
    • Effective Management of Full Goods
    • Effective and accurate stock control and monthly co-ordinating of stock takes
    • Optimize storage capacity utilisation.
    • Efficiently managing the MHE Equipment
    • Effective management of full goods from the production line
    • Monthly completion of ICC

    The successful candidate must have the following minimum qualifications: knowledge; attributes & skills/experiences:

    • A tertiary qualification in logistics, supply chain, operations management
    • 2 – 3 years’ Experience in FMCG environment, at Team Leader / Supervisory level
    • 2 – 3 years’ Experience in working on the ERP suite
    • Proficient in MS Office
    • Must have own reliable transport to and from work.
    • Working knowledge of SAP-MM
    • Must be able to work overtime and shifts.
    • Sound communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to manage people.
    • Sound prioritisation and execution skills
    • Good team player
    • Able to work under pressure and cope with the inherent physical demands of the position.
