Warehouse Manager at DHL

Main activities

• To declare all export documentation to operations
• Update Flow
• Manage load lists, receipts in accordance with companies rules and regulations
• Stock counts
• Monthly Reports
• Customs rules and régulations related to warehousing.
• Knowledge of Plant and Quality rules and regulations related to shipping
• Ensure all administrative procedures and systems are adhered to
• Monitoring of deliveries to plan, and implement corrective action
• Master data maintenance of information system

Systems

• Flow, Axis, Salesforce, MSOffice
• May be required to undertake additional duties as the need of the business dictates. 
• Tasks as assigned by management

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• 5 - 7 years + sales, pricing, procurement management experience
• Solid knowledge of applicable corporate governance policies, budgeting, financial drive, processes and procedures
• Tertiary Level Qualification in related discipline or Senior Management and Leadership Qualification
• Freight Forwarding & Customs Compliance
