    Waterplant Operator

    Job Description    

    • Mix chemicals for water cleaning.
    • Operate the centrifuge.
    • Provide the plant with chemicals daily.
    • Assist in the mill during shut - downs.
    • Operate the belt press as and when required.
    • Ensure that the best quality treated water is being supplied to the plant

    Key Duties and Responsibilities

    Educational Requirements    

    • Grade 12 (Maths & Science essential)
    • N3 (Pulp & Paper) preferable

    Experience Requirements    

    • 1– 2 years’ experience as a Water Plant Operator

    Skills and Competencies    

    • Good communication skills
    • Highly driven and motivated
    • Ability to multitask under pressure.
