    Web Sales Consultant

    Summary

    You will be a member of our UK Contact Centre answering emails, live chats, and online booking inquiries, creating bookings, and delivering the highest standard of customer service, to deliver commercial growth in line with business objectives. This will be achieved by following a dedicated sales framework, service and quality assurance, and keeping commercial targets at the forefront of what you do. You will collaborate closely with the rest of the close-knit Sales team, as well as other key departments within the business, to achieve booking targets and consistently achieve stretch key performance indicators. Your focus will be on excellent customer service, and proactive pipeline lead management, and should be driven by the consistent achievement of targets.

    What you will be doing?

    • Responding to sales inquiries via email and live chat. Occasionally, you may be required to sell by both inbound and outbound calls, where demand requires.
    • Working to KPIs and achieving sales targets.
    • Processing bookings from the inquiry level through to taking a deposit.
    • Booking flights on the GDS system.
    • Offering great customer service at all times.
    • Demonstrating your travel expertise to our loyal client base.

    What we are looking for

    • Strong sales background with experience and success in a previous sales position preferred.
    • Proven geographical knowledge and a passion for adventure travel.
    • Used to working to and achieving sales targets.
    • Excellent communicator and a strong team player.
    • Has high standards of customer service and attention to detail.
    • Loves to get their sleeves rolled up and be involved.
    • Knowledge of Amadeus / Galileo GDS system preferred.
    • Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
    • An ambitious and driven individual looking for a long-term career.
