WECA Exports Finance-Sales Support Analyst (Temporary) - Melrose Arch at PepsiCo

Responsibilities

• Monthly Adhoc EXPORTS reporting & Follow up on all outstanding matters
• Track status of orders profitability on forecasts, impact of changes
• Support timely, well developed Plans that facilitate the achievement of business objectives by creating sound anylitical models
• Support to all functions Business Partner and Commercail Team
• Provide weekly/monthly Outlooks to share with Business Partner and Commercial Team – Dash boards
• Support Exports team to provide financial perspective in all commercial initiatives VOL/NR/Calc GP
• Support presentations by creating dash boards from financial systments
• Ensure the analysis of relevant and reliable financial information for business partner and commercial team
• Track year to date performance and by key entity/country. Understand variances and analyse business drivers of same, highlight gaps
• Trend analysis (volume, pricing, costs) to assess accuracy of targets and recommend opportunities for improvement by country/brand/pack/sku mix
• Keep track of risks and opportunities to better assess outlook of performance
• Calculation in tracking D&A and Priicng improvement or gaps accros MU’s and countries/customers

Qualifications

• FMCG experience / Knowledge of Exports is an advantage
• Anylitical or Actuarial experience / Trends
• Profitability monitoring / Deal Structuring / Dash board building
• Strong mathematical / Accounting skills
• A degree in finance/Actuarial Science; with sound understanding of other disciplines like sales and supply chain
• Ability to work with desktop load applications such as Microsoft Office, Advance Excel and/or Bower-BI/Tableau is and advantage
• Mutli country experience; working in Africa advantageous
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders
