Wet Services Engineer - Johannesburg North at Communicate Recruitment

• Design and implementation of wet services projects including water reticulation, drainage, and plumbing systems for commercial, industrial, medical, and hotel building projects.
•  Attend Site Meetings
• Client Liaison
• Checking Revit models and drawings
• Carry out site inspections.

Skills & Experience:

• Design, plan, and oversee water supply, drainage, and plumbing systems for various projects.
• Conduct feasibility studies to optimize wet services solutions for project requirements and sustainability.
• Collaborate with architects, project managers, and engineers for integrated designs.
• Prepare detailed engineering specifications, drawings, and documentation for construction.
• Stay updated on industry trends, codes, and regulations in wet services engineering.
• Conduct site visits to address wet services issues during construction and commissioning.
• Provide technical expertise and support to ensure compliance with quality standards and project goals.

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Wet Services Engineer, preferably in a consulting engineering environment.
• In-depth knowledge of water supply, drainage, and plumbing systems design and implementation.
• SANS 10 400T exp adv
• Min 5 years experience
• Fire Experience adv
• Revit adv
