Wholesales Representative (Customer Services/ Key Accounts) - Inland and Coastal at Boxer Superstores

Minimum skills and experience:

• Proven experience in Cash & Carry, Wholesale, or related retail management
• Background in both buying and sales with a track record of success
• Intermediate level proficiency in IT software for order management and reporting
• Strong understanding of inventory management and procurement processes
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Customer-focused with a passion for building and maintaining client relationships
• Must be self-starting with the ability to work independently and make sound business decisions
• Proven experience in managing call cycles
• Mature and proactive approach to grow sales in the region
• Ability to identify and address challenges, providing solutions to meet client needs.
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to travel extensively

Responsibilities:

• Conducting door-to-door sales to independent wholesalers
• Identifying and securing new business opportunities
• Selling and managing baskets of groceries to meet sales targets
• Following up with Distribution Centers (DCs) to ensure timely order fulfilment
• Ensure orders to stores arrive timeously to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
• Key account management to foster strong and lasting relationships with clients
• Provide excellent customer service and address inquiries and concerns promptly
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry
