WIL Coordinator: Faculty of Applied Psychology (Online Campus) at The South African College of Applied Psychology (SACAP)

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate and oversee student placements, ensuring alignment with programme learning outcomes.
• Teach and coordinate WIL modules, providing guidance on workplace readiness.
• Support and mentor students through their experiential learning journey.
• Build and maintain partnerships with industry stakeholders to secure quality placements.
• Monitor student progress, provide feedback, and track learning outcomes.
• Manage administrative processes related to WIL, ensuring compliance with institutional policies and accreditation requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor of Psychology or Equivalent
• Registration with the HPCSA for a minimum of 3 years is essential
• 2 years working experience in a similar role
• Strong interpersonal and networking skills.
• Proficiency in programme coordination and administrative tasks.
• Knowledge of industry trends.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
