    Work Integrated Learning Coordinator (Online Campus)

    Job Description

    • SACAP (The South African College of Applied Psychology) is the leading independent provider of accredited Psychology, Counselling, Human Resource Management, Business Management, and Social Work qualifications, with all courses grounded in psychology. We have campuses in Cape Town, Durban, Johannesburg, Pretoria, and Online.
    • SACAP is looking for a Work-Integrated Learning (WIL) Coordinator for our Online Campus. This position is full-time, permanent. 
    • The Work-Integrated Learning (WIL) Coordinator is responsible for coordinating, delivering, and supporting high-quality Work-Integrated Learning programmes that enable students to apply academic learning in practical, project-based, and workplace settings.
    • The role provides student guidance and support, facilitates WIL learning activities, supervises students during placements or projects, and monitors student progress to ensure achievement of learning outcomes and professional competency development.
    • The role also manages key administrative processes related to WIL delivery, builds and maintains partnerships with industry and community stakeholders to secure meaningful learning opportunities, and ensures compliance with institutional policies, regulatory requirements, and quality assurance standards.
    • Through effective coordination, stakeholder engagement, and student-centred support, the WIL Coordinator enhances student employability, professional readiness, and successful transition into the workplace.

    QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

    • Bachelor of Psychology or Bachelor of Social Science Honours in Psychology [BPsych Equivalent] or Equivalent
    • Registration with the HPCSA for a minimum of 3 years is essential
    • 2 years working experience in a similar role
    • Strong interpersonal and networking skills.
    • Proficiency in programme coordination and administrative tasks.
    • Knowledge of industry trends.
    • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
