Coordinate training for site management and shop floor personnel to ensure full compliance and a better understanding of the SHE program.
Support the site in implementing and maintaining relating to SHE program.
Perform trend, monitoring for the site and ensure that measurement is properly performed to provide reliable and accurate data.
Conducting Alexandra Forbes Environmental & OH&S safety audits.
Report statistics to the rest of the business on behalf of the site
Contractor management on site to ensure compliance and minimize incidents.
Co-ordinate emergency response and ensure emergency procedures are in place and understood by all.
Regular liaison with the Security contractor management with regards to security related matters with a view to communicating the status of the Security back to the business.
Check that physical security is adequate.
Chair safety meetings
Publish a monthly report on fraud and defalcations.
Ensure that Accidents are reported, and standard service is delivered.
Ensure annual legal requirement medical surveys are done.
Conduct Canteen audits to ensure minimum standard of hygiene and cleanliness of operation.
Liaise with Engineering and costing department in ensure correct utilities usage data and stats are captured.
