Our client is seeking a hands-on Workshop Supervisor / Fabrication Team Leader to oversee and actively participate in the day-to-day operations of a steel fabrication workshop. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a small team, ensuring projects are completed accurately and on time, and maintaining high manufacturing standards
Minimum requirements:
Matric
Minimum 5 years' welding and fabrication experience
Proven experience in:
CO2 Welding
MIG Welding
TIG Welding
Arc Welding
Ability to read, interpret, and manufacture directly from technical drawings
Experience marking out drawings accurately onto steel for fabrication
Previous experience supervising or leading a workshop team
