As the Workshop Manager, you’ll work closely with senior management to drive productivity and profitability, managing workshop operations while inspiring and leading frontline staff. Additionally, you’ll play a key role in connecting with the local community, building lasting relationships with customers and fostering a strong dealership presence. This hands-on position requires a blend of technical expertise and strong business acumen, backed by a minimum of 3 years of recent experience managing a workshop within a franchised dealership.

Matric Certificate
A Business Degree/Diploma is beneficial
Technical training/mindedness is beneficial
A valid Drivers License
Have at least 3 RECENT years of Workshop Management experience in a franchised motor dealership
