• As the Workshop Manager, you’ll work closely with senior management to drive productivity and profitability, managing workshop operations while inspiring and leading frontline staff. Additionally, you’ll play a key role in connecting with the local community, building lasting relationships with customers and fostering a strong dealership presence. This hands-on position requires a blend of technical expertise and strong business acumen, backed by a minimum of 3 years of recent experience managing a workshop within a franchised dealership.

•  You will be responsible for actively prospecting new business, online advertising, floor sales and excellent customer service.  We are looking for a person with a minimum of 2 years of New Car Sales experience with a stable work history and contactable references.

• You will be responsible for bookings, quotations, extensive client and workshop liaison and upselling additional services.  You will need to have at least 2 years of Service Advisor experience within a franchised motor dealership and have working knowledge of Kerridge/CDK and/or IAL.

•   You will be required to coordinate with technicians, service managers, and suppliers to ensure timely completion of vehicle repairs, detailing, and ensuring the vehicles are showroom ready.  You will also need good administrative skills to track all related documentation, costs, and workflow using dealership management systems. And finally, you need to be flexible, with a "can do" attitude.
