Workshop Supervisor at Melron Group

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise fabrication workshop activities
• Co-ordinates and interfaces between fabrication and manufacturing activities.
• Co-ordinates sub-contractors involved in the assembly stages.
• Ensures compliance with safety procedures and quality standards.
• Searches for the most efficient technical solutions.
• Provides quantitative data for producing the progress reports.
• Supervisors and manages the day to day activities of the production activities.

REQUIREMENTS

• Have extensive Petrochem, paper, water, oil and gas industry experience or preferably a Trade Tested Boiler-maker who has progressed into supervision.
• Have a minimum 10 years experience in the construction industry.
• Have a strong working ability for planning, co-ordinating and managing artisans at different competent levels.
• Have working knowledge of codes & standards in the engineering field.
• Have experience utilizing MS Project for project scheduling (advantageous).
