Registered, or eligible to register, as a Professional or Candidate Engineer/Technologist with ECSA
Minimum 5 years’ experience at a Senior level in the Civil Engineering field specifically in Hydrology and Hydraulics. Project Management experience will be an advantage
A Valid code EB Driver’s licence
Key Performance Areas
Provides support to undertake and develop long term infrastructure and operational management plans for stormwater and river management
Assist to manage and control development and operational activities within the catchment planning regions. Provide specialist input to implementation of catchment and stormwater management strategies and policies
Stormwater Master planning
Capital project planning and conceptualisation
Promotes the philosophy and approaches of Integrated Urban Water Management
Consult with Head: Catchment Planning on matters pertaining to compliance with the deliverables/requirements of the catchment regions and in accordance with the business plan of the CSRM Branch
