Requirements:
High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field preferred.
2+ years of experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the automotive industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Knowledge of automotive technology and features, specifically Volkswagen.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
