YC: Market and Customer Analyst at UD Trucks

Job Overview

UD Trucks is known for our pioneering technologies and products within the commercial automotive industry. This position will be responsible of compilation of market and price reports, support the organization with analysis and distribution of raw data.

This positions is a 12 month contract and falls part of the YES 4 Youth Program and is applicable to unemployed youth. 

Responsibilities and Duties

• Support in market analyses and business environment in current and new technologies
• Support in customer data file maintenance and analyses for Sales force implementation
• Support with dealer customer analysis
• Support Sales and aftersales in business scenarios to improve the use of Salesforce actively

Minimum qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Statistics/ Mathematics/Economics 
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft office
• Analytical skills and knowledge in pivot tables and excel formulas e.g. VLOOKUP, …
• Affinity in customer contact
