YC: Safety and Health Administrator at UD Trucks

Responsibilities and Duties 

• Support and update the legal compliance action report. 
• Support and update the legal training register including the induction status.
• Support and update the emergency roll call list.
• Support and update the audit plan/schedule.
• Enroll and remove employees from the access control system.
• Update the clinic medical evaluation register.
• Participate in safety audits and safety Gemba.
• Update the SHE contractor compliance register.
• Support with SHE files audit.
• Support with Contractor Safety audits.
• Participate in risk assessments and external audits.

Minimum qualifications and experience

• Matric, Samtrac, incident investigation, risk assessment (Safety Management Diploma preferable).
• Basic Microsoft knowledge 
• Specific skills- Communication and presentation skills
