Minimum Requirements:

• South African citizen
• Must have completed Grade 12 (Matric).
• Must be currently unemployed.
• Must reside in Germiston or surrounding areas.
• Willingness to learn and actively participate in all programme activities.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Duties and Responsibilities    
Key Responsibilities and Learning Opportunities:

During the 12-month programme, successful candidates will:

• Gain hands-on experience within a high-paced poultry processing environment.
• Be exposed to various departments, including Production, Quality, and Admin.
• Learn about food safety standards, hygiene practices, and operational procedures.
• Develop essential workplace and employability skills.
• Participate in practical and theoretical training aimed at building long-term career growth.
