1. Have a positive attitude in supporting and driving the Mastercard values.
2. Help the team be effective by delivering on your duties.
3. Improve your own abilities and stay up to date with developments in the area you are assigned to, through input and feedback from management and colleagues.
4. Help manage knowledge and ensure continuity and team success by participating, contributing and sharing knowledge with the team.

All About You:

1. Now, to be eligible to join the Mastercard YES Programme, these points below should be in you:
2. Must be 18 to 29 years old
3. Speak and write in English reasonably well
4. Have basic computer knowledge
5. People with no previous work experience or have not worked in the 12 months leading up to the date of application are encouraged to apply
6. Additionally, the minimum requirement for the qualification is:
7. Degree, Diploma OR Matric (Grade 12 National Senior Certificate) with Mathematics as a subject
8. Degree or Diploma in the following fields: (Please note that candidates that have matric and FTE qualifications will be considered)
   1. Accounting or finance.
   2. Business management.
   3. Communication, marketing, public relations or journalism.
   4. Project Management
   5. Data analytics or data science.
   6. Economics
   7. Engineering (any specialization).
   8. Law (LLB).
   9. Human resources or industrial psychology.
   10. IT or computer science.
   11. Mathematics, statistics or actuarial science.

COVID-19 Considerations

In many locations, we’ve implemented a virtual hiring process and continue to interview candidates by video or phone. In addition, in our NYC offices, as required by law, only individuals who have been fully vaccinated against COVID-19 will be permitted inside Mastercard offices unless a reasonable accommodation has been approved in advance.
