Responsible for installing, inspecting, adjusting, and repairing equipment while following safety rules and regulations. You will be required to maintain all equipment to the required standards and be responsive to production needs and equipment failures. You work as part of a team but would routinely perform work independently and maintain a high level of accuracy and safety while performing your duties
Responsibilities
Perform any mechanical maintenance, fabrication and installation.
Responsible for the facilities, well-being and availability.
Carry out FPS requirements on shop floor level, housekeeping and Facilities cleaning.
Ensure that all facilities are maintained and operated properly and safely.
Interprets blueprints and building specifications to map layout for pipes, drainage systems, and other plumbing materials
Installs pipes and fixtures, such as sinks and toilets, for water, gas, steam, air, or other liquids
Installs support for pipes, equipment, and fixtures prior to installation
Assembles fittings and valves for installation
Modifies length of pipes, fixtures, and other plumbing materials as needed for a building
Uses saws and pipe cutters as necessary
Installs heating and air-conditioning systems, including water heaters
Collaborate with contractors, construction workers, electricians, pipefitters, and steamfitters in installing and repairing plumbing
Tests plumbing systems for leaks and other problems
Analyses problems and identifies appropriate tools and materials for repair
Chooses plumbing materials based on budget, location, and intended uses of building
Follows health and safety standards and complies with building codes
Writes report documenting the problem and summary of actions taken
Performs inspections of plumbing systems to identify and replace worn parts
Prepares bids and schedules and oversee other workers, such as apprentices and helpers.
PM and CM zero aging and 100% compliance. (On time completion)
Assist in maintaining routes, checklists, and standard work instructions so PM execution is consistent across shifts/crews.

Qualifications
N3 & Trade Test Certificate (Plumber)
Preferable minimum of 2 years related technical experience.
Boiler operation experience advantageous.
Waste water / effluent plant maintenance experience advantageous
