    Storeman - Retail Store (Newcastle)

    Description

    • The Storeman is responsible for ensuring that goods received into or sent out from the Company are in good condition and correspond with the correct paperwork to ensure accurate stocks/records are held and customer deliveries are dispatched on a right first time basis.

    Duties:

    • Receive goods into the company using the appropriate software.
    • Ensuring all paperwork is correct and goods received are in good order, assisting admin staff to ensure that accurate stocks are held on site
    • Ensuring effective and accurate issuing of material from stock – including picking, packing, staging and notification of customers.
    • Undertaking good housekeeping practices
    • label goods with details of storage location
    • Liaise with internal departments on a daily basis
    • Goods to be stored in appropriate location

    • To raise and resolve any internal queries with relevant departments.

    Requirements

    • Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.
    • Confident and logical under pressure but must understand urgency and respond accordingly.
    • Good understanding of Health and Safety at Work regulations.
    • Self-motivated and able to work unsupervised.

    Floor Assistant - Newcastle (Newcastle)

    Description

    • We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Floor Assistant to join our team.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Ensure that health and safety standards are adhered to within the store environment

    Requirements

    • 2 – 4 years’ experience
    • Computer Literate
    • Attention to detail
    • Exceptional Customer Service
    • Matric/ Grade 12 (NSC)
    • Tertiary Qualification is advantageous
    • A minimum of 2 – 4 years’ experience

    • The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling all Solar products.
    • This role requires a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building long-term customer relationships.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Drive sales of cutting-edge solar products to residential and commercial clients.
    • Manage and grow relationships with existing clients, consultants, and contractors.
    • Prepare and deliver technical presentations and proposals to customers.
    • Achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
    • Coordinate with engineering and project teams to ensure smooth order execution.
    • Provide feedback to product development and marketing teams on market trends.
    • Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote products.

    Requirements
    Qualifications:

    • 2+ years of sales experience in electrical products, preferably solar.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
    • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
