    AMEI Internal Control & Risk Manager

    Internal Control

    Design / Implementation and effectiveness of the Internal Control system:

    • Provide the operational management and process owners with adequate support in the design, implementation and evolution of the Internal Control system,
    • Monitor Internal Control in the context of transformation projects (organization, systems) and propose / implement improvements through gap analysis.

    Internal Control assessment and reporting:

    • Coordinate the Internal Control self-assessment campaign,
    • Evaluate the proper design and execution of controls through a testing program,
    • Perform ERP control testing, evaluate IT general controls and access rights management,
    • Report regularly KPIS related to processes and key controls,
    • Pilot the consolidated Internal Control improvement action plan.

    Internal Control promotion:

    • Raise management and employee’s awareness and promote best in class practices,
    • Provide training on IC procedures and core controls,
    • Share best practices and work on transversal projects within the IC network.

    Risk Management

    • Contribute to build a dynamic, updated and shared risk vision with prioritized actions
    • Coordinate the risk mapping and related mitigating action plans
    • Coordinate the prevention of corruption

    Experience and qualifications

    • 10 years of experience in Internal Control, Accounting, External Audit, Internal Audit or similar position.
    • Bachelors degree
    • Experience in supporting transformations of organization
    • Knowledge and experience in Data Analytics tool and ERP
    • Has proven capacity to work in matricial environments and BSC organizations

    Millwright Technician

    How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

    • Maintenance of cryogenic pumps at AL premises and customers.
    • Maintenance of road tankers.
    • Maintenance of onsite units at customer sites
    • General plant maintenance as per CMMS recommendations
    • New electrical installations and maintenance of existing electrical installations in Air Liquide facilities, road tankers and customer installations.
    • Adherence to SANS 10142 and working knowledge of explosive environments.
    • Perform Maintenance and breakdown down work on road tankers,Onsite installations and Bulk Installation of an electrical, instrumentation and mechanical nature in Western & Eastern Cape
    • Preventative and corrective maintenance relating to control panels, pump motors and instrumentation such as temperature controls and pressure transducers on road tankers, as well as IM site electrical equipment
    • Fault Finding on various types of equipment – especially pumps & Compressors.
    • Repairs to pumps at AL premises and customer installations, both local and out of town.
    • Perform installation work (electrical, instrumentation, mechanical) on projects as and when required.
    • Refurbishment of pumps and related equipment at the workshop, including management of the spare parts.
    • Repairs to road tanker fleet.
    • Communicating problems/irregularities to the Coastal Maintenance manager
    • Working additional hours (overtime) and standby as required.
    • Recording information and record keeping as required (job cards, record books etc.).
    • Adhere to the QA Procedures as laid out in the Quality Policy of Air Liquide & ISO 9001:2000 as well as additional IMS requirements.
    • Control of spare parts required to perform all maintenance mentioned.
    • Safety walkabouts, BSV’s and Periodic plant walkthrough inspections
    • Adhere to food safety prerequisite programmes (PRPs), SOP's and the food safety management system when maintaining and/or calibrating equipment and instruments.
    • To implement Job Plans and ensure plant maintenance activities are carried out
    • Responsible for the completion of all maintenance service requests as assigned
    • Schedule and complete the “Preventative Maintenance Program – CMMS”
    • Coordinate special projects as directed by the plant manager/ maintenance manager and other responsibilities as determined
    • Coordinate and monitoring all work being performed by outside contractors
    • Monitor and maintain all equipment systems as assigned
    • As required by the plant manager or maintenance manager, you as the technician may be required to perform work in other plants or to assist other departments when needed
    • Ensure compliance of safety standards in the plant by adhering to the QA Procedures as aid out in the Quality Policy of Air Liquide & ISO 9001STD as well as additional IMS requirements.]
    • Procurement and spares management, spare parts and stock level control and planned spare parts availability.
    • Manage the regulatory compliance inspections required.
    • IMS and EIS implementations, up-keep and monitoring on the CMMS system.
    • Review of batch manufacturing records and release of medical gas in cylinders (Final Product) or in tanks (Raw Material) as specified in the Quality System Manual For Healthcare related activities , reports directly to the responsible pharmacist .

    Educational requirements

    • Grade 12/NTC3, Millwright
    • Matric Certificate
    • Trade Tested Millwright

    Experience

    • Qualified Millwright with a strong electrical and mechanical background.
    •  Valid driver’s License

    Clinical Sales Consultant

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Identifying opportunities and setting up meetings with other divisions and/ or stakeholders in current customer accounts.
    • Educate and inform the doctors about VitalAire services, products and equipment.
    • Manage target areas and arrange appointments. Organize group training with doctors and nursing staff and administration regarding marketing and sales documentation.
    • Monitoring of customer performance and reporting back to the prescribing doctors.
    • Create interest in the product and ensure sales.

    VA Commercial Manager

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage and develop annual sales strategy and annual sales plans for the year. Relationship building with public and private clients. Identify, and execute training of VitalAire staff with training Department support
    • Ensure that targeted sales, GPM’s and profitability met. Ensure VA policies and procedures are followed.
    • Implement price and margin control policy. Compile monthly reports and maintain customer focus
