    Learning Partner

    About the role:

    • Partner and consult with business units regarding learning and development initiatives, aligning with and enabling the achievement of the client's people plan.
    • Collaborate closely with the Strategic People Partner to support the implementation of strategic HR initiatives by shaping a learning culture and fostering team cohesion in the business.
    • Providing subject matter expertise, guidance, and support to a defined and dedicated client area, under the guidance and oversight of the Manager: Learning and Development.
    • Ensure that learning initiatives are implemented in alignment with the strategic objectives set forth by the Head: Strategic People Partnering, actively promoting and aligning strategic objectives within the client area.

    What you will bring

    • Relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources or Education.
    • At least 3-5 years’ experience in one or more areas within Learning and Development, with a strong understanding of HR business acumen.

    What you will be doing

    Team Leader: Technical Support

    Purpose Statement
