Description
- The Dispatch Clerk coordinates all daily courier collections and transport arrangements. This role ensures efficient dispatching, tracking, and reporting of shipments while maintaining excellent service levels and strong communication between the warehouse, client, and the courier company.
Responsibilities
- Ensure courier services used for each load is the best priced service level while still maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Capture all parcels to be dispatched onto courier software.
- Label parcels with tracking labels.
- Ensure service standards are met by coordinating logistics services, give proactive feedback.
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures and complying with legal regulations.
- Identify and communicate improvement gaps and actively participate in solution finding.
- Release stock to client / driver once stock has been checked.
- Accurate dispatching of stock to clients and drivers.
- Interact with customers and ensure no customer complaints relating to order accuracy, damaged stock, delivery not on time, or stock availability.
- Maintain accurate records of courier and transport services used.
- Ensure that all PODs (Proof of Delivery) documents are received from couriers and transporters and that the corresponding electronic filing system is kept up to date.
- Compile daily feedback reports on activities
Requirements
- Grade 12.
- 2 years’ experience in Warehouse Administration.
- Experience with SAGE, Warehouse Management System (e.g. Granite).
- Strong administrative skills.
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
- Previous experience in a similar role with experience in dealing with transporters and courier companies
- Extensive knowledge on routes, areas, provinces used in courier services

- Ecowize Pest Control and Hygiene Division is looking for a experienced and certified Pest Control Technician.
- The purpose of this role is to determine the best treatment regarding pest control and ensure the highest quality of service is delivered to the customer.
- The Pest Control Technician must ensure that all services are planned and completed in line with the customer agreements signed. Be accountable and responsible for equipment and consumables used to complete the services.
- You will be responsible for inspecting buildings and the surrounding property for signs of insects, rodents and other pests.
- Then determine which treatment is best and use the proper baits or traps to remove them.
- Spray chemical solutions, powders, and gases on or near surfaces of a building or house to eliminate pests.
- Identify invading pests, including rats, termites, snakes, wasps, ants, spiders, mosquitos, or bed bugs.
- Set mechanical traps and place bait. Remove dead rodents after extermination.
Requirements

- P-Registration with Department of Agriculture.

Purpose of Role:
- Lead a culture of change by driving compliance to Food Safety legislation and statutory requirements for the Ecowize Group.
- Responsible for Continuous Improvement, by developing and implementing Food Safety as well as Health and safety management systems protocol. Support business operations by assisting with training requirements where risks are identified or where quality standards are not met.
