    Service Advisor

    Job Purpose:

    • The Service Advisor is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients who bring their vehicles in for servicing and repairs. They are the main point of contact between the customer and the service department, ensuring that all necessary repairs and maintenance work are accurately identified and communicated to the customer.
    • The Service Advisor also schedules appointments, estimates costs, and maintains accurate service records.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Greet customers in a professional and friendly manner.
    • Communicate with customers to understand their vehicle’s issues and concerns.
    • Provide accurate estimates for repairs and maintenance work.
    • Schedule service appointments and ensure timely completion of work.
    • Collaborate with technicians to ensure all repairs are completed correctly and efficiently.
    • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date service records.
    • Keep customers informed of any delays or changes to the service timeline.
    • Provide recommendations for additional services based on vehicle inspection findings.

    Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational training or certification in automotive technology preferred.
