    Business Intelligence Analyst (US Hours)

    The Role:

    • We are seeking an experienced and motivated Power BI professional to join our Business Intelligence Operations Team. This role involves spearheading analytics across various departments and requires a blend of analytical skills, effective collaboration, commitment to high data quality, and the capacity to convert complex data sets into clear, actionable business insights.

    You Will:

    • Insights & Analysis
    • Gain a thorough understanding of departmental functions, processes, and challenges to provide tailored data insights.
    • Collaborate closely with leadership and operational business partners for insightful data analysis and decision support.
    • Proactively work to deepen your understanding of the business objectives behind each report, enabling you to offer more targeted and relevant guidance to users.
    • Report Development and Optimization
    • Create insightful, user-friendly visualizations and dashboards to track key metrics and support strategic goals.
    • Ensure accuracy and relevance of visualizations for business decision-making.
    • Stay current with the latest trends in data visualization and incorporate innovative techniques to enhance data representation.
    • Propose and implement improvements to existing Power BI solutions and processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Data Ownership
    • Assume responsibility for the integrity, usability, and standardization of data and metrics.
    • Partner with operational leadership to implement and enforce policies and procedures for data management to ensure high data quality and consistency.
    • Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units to translate complex data concepts into understandable business terms.
    • This role is ideal for someone with an analytical mindset and a passion for leveraging data to drive business success.

    You Have:

    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in creating data visualizations and at least 4 years specifically in Power BI report development.
    • Strong experience in developing DAX calculations and M (Power) queries.
    • Proficiency in developing interactive reports, including the use of parameters, bookmarks, and cross-filtering to enhance user experience.
    • Proven ability to create and manage dataflows within Power BI.
    • Experience in applying security measures to reports, apps, and workspaces.
    • Experience working with Salesforce.com
    • Experienced user of Microsoft Excel.

    Technical Consultant (UK hours)

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Working as part of the Professional Services team to provide integration, application development, report writing, data analysis and providing analytical consulting services for existing and new clients throughout EMEA.
    • This is an exciting position; the successful candidate must be capable of interpreting client requests to facilitate technology-based solutions to business problems. Key areas of responsibility are;
    • The creation of new and the enhancement of existing product integrations using;
    • SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) and proprietary tools
    • Web Services built on the SOAP protocol or the REST architecture using the JSON or XML messaging formats (including the creation of WSDL and XSD files).
    • Familiar with Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) and Message Queuing technology such as those provided by SAP, JDE or Oracle.
    • Pentaho for data management.
    • Using automated API testing tools such as SoapUI.
    • Supporting the SaaS Services team to implement SFTP on behalf of clients
    • Provide ETL services using proprietary tools which involves working closely with the client to migrate data from third party systems

    To enhance the existing application using;

    • Oracle Forms
    • Java and JavaScript
    • C# and the .NET framework including the use of the Visual Studio IDE.
    • Knowledge of document management systems such as SharePoint is an advantage.
    • Source Code Management
    • Team Foundation Server (TFS) using Team Foundation Version Control (TFVC).
    • Git
    • Using Microsoft Azure DevOps to manage the build and release pipelines.
    • The creation of new SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), Crystal and Eclipse reports using native T-SQL, Stored Procedures and proprietary tools
    • Working with front end developers to produce data for our software products and report layout designers to produce layouts to meet customer specifications
    • Enhance dashboards according to client requirements using Microsoft Power BI.
    • Optimizing the performance of production databases
    • Creating and maintaining database code written in Oracle PL/SQL.
    • Write technical business documentation including report specifications
    • Assist clients and the team in software configuration, report building, testing, and deployment
    • Manage project timelines, risks, and dependencies, and actively resolve project-related issues as they arise
    • Be proactive, determined, and supportive in problem-solving within the team
    • Raise and follow-up internal cases for development change requests, and action Project Manager and Consultant requests.
    • All other duties as assigned

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Information Technology related degree
    • 2 years of experience in a technical role preferably with experience of Oracle SQL database queries
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Enthusiastic team player at all levels (individual contributor to executive)
    • Ability to reason logically and provide and document technical solutions
    • Ability to work on multiple projects and deliverables simultaneously with minimal direction
    • High Competency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
    • Experience in Financial reporting would be an advantage but is not essential
    • Experience within a Real Estate context would be preferable

    Operations Analyst (UK hours)

    POSITION SUMMARY:

    • The Operations Analyst will facilitate scheduling needs of the department, ensuring resources are allocated according to the needs of the business. This will involve working with existing processes, managing several calendars simultaneously, integrating with several different departments, and incorporating the data into workable schedules. Long term goals can include working to identify areas of opportunity to increase process efficiency, assistance in developing more pro-active workflows, and participation in evaluating potential solutions.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Compile the new hire training calendar, scheduling new hires to their specific learning plans and confirming proper instructor coverage
    • Partner with Certification Project Manager to coordinate training and assessment scheduling; in accordance with pre-defined cadence and requirements
    • Create and maintain weekly phone availability scheduling for multiple teams, ensuring adequate coverage for each shift, cross-referencing with PTO, training, and other calendars as necessary
    • Expand and refine existing scheduling tools
    • Ensuring timely delivery of all data to reporting departments

    PRE-REQUISITES:

    • Minimum 2-3 years of Customer Service experience in a contact center, preferably within a software support role OR
    • Minimum 1+ year experience leading a Customer Service team in a contact center, preferably with a software support focus
    • Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks with competing urgencies
    • Proactive and self-directed work style
    • Intermediate competency with Outlook, MS Teams, Excel, Office 365
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Extraordinary organizational skills; with adherence to strict deadlines
    • Smartsheet, Amazon AWS Connect, VBA, PowerBI, and Looker Studio experience a plus
