    Technical Administrator

    KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:

    • Basic administration
    • Providing input and assisting to improve Press admin efficiency
    • Liaise with relevant persons for checking and distributing of documents and correspondence
    • Assist with departmental requirements and planning such as stabdby,callout,overtime and taxi schedules, etc.   
    • Handling of inquiries and incoming requests
    • Submission of payroll input timeously
    • Updating documents
    • Assist with manageming shopware system
    • Assist with submisson on ivoices timeosuly to the finance department 
    • Compile feedback reports
    • Assist Manager with short term departmental project implementation

    • 1-2 years administrative experience
    • Knowledge of a Technical environment would be advantageous

    Driver (Extra heavy Code 14 )

    Key Duties and Responsibilities

    • Daily deliveries to and from clients and suppliers ( includes loading and offloading of goods). 
    • Accurate record keeping of all deliveries 
    • Keeping the company vehicle clean and tidy 
    • Perform daily maintenance checks
    • Plan routes on a cost and time effective manner
    • Knowledge and adherence of all legal requirements and regulations stated in the National Road Traffic Act
    • Notify the Manager of any major repairs or maintenance

    Educational Requirements

    • Matric or Equivalent qualification 
    • Valid unendorsed Code 14/11 with PDP driver's license
    • Valid Forklift license

    Experience Requirements

    • Experience in delivering goods to and from clients and suppliers
    • Basic administrative functions 
    • Minimum 3 years' experience as a Code 14 driver

    Human Resource Internship (Workplace Integrated Learning)

    Key Duties and Responsibilities

    • The recruitment process, e.g., screening of applications, selection, assessment and placement
    • On boarding, orientation and induction process
    • Compiling related HR reports
    • HR transactions (contracts, filing, etc.)
    • Governance and compliance
    • General Labour relations processes, procedures and typing of minutes
    • Training and developmental processes

    Educational Requirements

    • 3-year degree or equivalent diploma in HR 
    • Graduate or final year student
    • Matric (Grade 12)
    • Final year student

    Folding Operator

    Key Duties and Responsibilities

    • Read work orders to determine setup specifications and instructions
    • Operate the folding machine following the correct standard operating procedures
    • Check that quantities and size of the job are as required during the folding operations
    • Install and adjust machines devices i.e knives
    • Input data on QTMS on the folding lines
    • Observe and monitor machine operations to detect malfunctions and/or adjustments
    • Ensure quality control checklists are completed and kept up to date
    • Meet specific job specifications and quality standards
    • Maintain daily production records
    • Basic preventative maintenance
    • Maintain general health and safety standards in the production environment
    • Adhoc general assistance on all machines
    • Adhering to all health and safety requirements

    Educational Requirements

    • Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent
    • Folding qualification advantageous
    • Guillotine qualification advantageous

    Experience Requirements

    • 1-2 years Folding Operator working experience
    • Guillotine experience will be advantageous

    Group Financial Accountant (FTC)

    Key Duties and Responsibilities

    • Preparation of group consolidated financial statements and ensuring compliance with IFRS and JSE Listings requirements
    • Preparation of subsidiary financial statements
    • Assist with compiling tax relevant information for the group, calculate tax liabilities and submit relevant documentation to SARS including assisting with and responding to SARS queries
    • Assist with the calculation and submission of indirect taxes and other tax relevant information for the group
    • Perform the monthly group consolidation and reporting
    • Preparation of quarterly and annual board pack submissions
    • Assist with budgeting and forecasting for the Group
    • Assist with the group treasury function
    • Prepare the general ledger for the holding company and other non-operating entities of the Group
    • Engage with the external auditors around key accounting matters and reporting
    • Ad hoc requirements including group initiatives or divisional financial projects
