• A Mining house based in the Northern Cape is looking for an experienced Mine Manager 

Duties:

• Responsible for overseeing all aspects of the mining operation, ensuring safety, production targets, and compliance with regulations, while also managing staff, budgets, and projects

Qualifications/Requirements:

• ND/BTech Mining Engineering
• Mine Manager's Certificate of Competency
• At least 4 years experience as appointed 3.1a 
• Must have Open-cast experience

• This role can be based anywhere in South Africa - travel will only be required for meetings.
• We are seeking an experienced Independent Chairperson to lead a prominent industry body in South Africa.
• The position requires providing strategic guidance, fostering collaboration across diverse stakeholders, and driving transformation within a regulated environment.

We are looking for individuals with:

• A minimum of 5 years' proven experience as an Independent Chairperson, ideally within regulated sectors
• South African citizenship
• Strong governance, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
• The ability to influence decision-making at both industry and government level
• A demonstrable track record of driving organisational change and delivering measurable outcomes
