    Head Customer Insights & Reporting

    • Develops and maintains a marketing insights and reporting framework, turning data into actionable intelligence that drives marketing and trading strategy.

    Minimum requirements

    • Degree in Statistics, Actuarial, Marketing Analytics, or Business Intelligence; Honours preferred
    • 8-10 years in data analysis, customer insights, retail analytics
    • Data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), SQL or data query skills, CRM systems, Predictive analytics tools, Report automation, Research Marketing, Customer Platform (Panels, Qualitative and Quantitative)

    Key responsibilities

    • Develop a robust insights and reporting framework and synthesize insights from multiple sources (loyalty programs, market research, sales date etc) into actionable recommendations for Marketing, Commercial and other business units
    • Develop and manage reporting tools and dashboards that track customer behaviour, campaign effectiveness and marketing ROI, ensuring timely reporting to all stakeholders
    • Manage and mentor a team to deliver high-quality analysis and continuous improvement of the insights function
    • Collaborate with loyalty and BI teams for data extraction
    • Provide strategic recommendations based on customer insights to assist with promotional planning and enhance Brand strategy
    • Establish predictive analytics capabilities
    • Write the weekly reports to business
    • Competitor analysis
    • Prepare ad hoc reports to the business
    • Monitor and Manage the Brand Tracker
    • Manage postmortems
    • Create customer strategies for the 7-9 customer events which will inform the integrated leads

    Receiving Manager

    • Correctly receives all deliveries to stores, and dispatch of returns to vendors.
    • Minimises shrinkage risk on receiving doors.
    • Responsible for disposal of stock in terms of company policy and all Admin functions relating to receiving procedures - including those linked to receiving such as Visitors/merchandisers entry control etc.

    Minimum requirements

    • Matric/Grade 12
    • 1 - 2 years Receiving Supervisor experience
    • Being in a Receiving Supervisor position advantageous
    • Read and interpret reports
    • Adhere to standards, procedures and policies
    • Long/flexible hours
    • Able to work in a phsyically demanding environment
    • Able to withstand all weather types

    Key responsibilities

    • Receive and return goods systematically and accurately according to laid down company policies and procedures
    • Conduct quality checks
    • Ensure that the cold chain is maintained
    • Ensure that hygiene, housekeeping and safe working standards are maintained
    • Ensure that security procedures are adhered to
    • Assist with relieve security procedures at the back door
    • Prevent wastage/shrinkage/damages
    • Complete all relevant administration/documentation
    • Operate equipment according to laid down standards
    • Communicate effectively with employees, management, customers and suppliers
