The role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and business stakeholders, to deliver innovative and effective technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Architectural Design: Develop and document high-level architecture designs and detailed technical specifications for new HRIS system, including multiple integrations across various business units.
Technology Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to ensure best practices and high-quality deliverables.
Solution Implementation: Oversee the implementation of new HRIS solution from conception through deployment, ensuring they are scalable, reliable, and aligned with business goals.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with clients, project managers, and technical teams to understand requirements, provide recommendations, and ensure successful implementation.
Problem Solving: Identify potential technical issues and develop strategies to resolve them effectively and efficiently.
Vendor Management: Work closely with implementation partner for HRIS solution, to ensure high standards of code quality and system performance.
Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for architectural designs, solution implementations, and best practices.
Innovation: Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and continuous improvement in architectural practices.
Feasibility: Conduct technical feasibility studies and provide recommendations
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Experience: 15+ years of experience in solution architecture, software development, or a related field.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree or relevant certifications are a plus
Architectural Skills: Proven ability to design scalable, high-performance systems and solutions
Technical Expertise:
Strong understanding of HRIS platforms and ecosystems.
Experience with cloud platforms. (e.g., AWS, Azure)
Strong knowledge of data translation (internal schema’s) into or out of existing/new HRIS systems and integration patterns.
Understanding data protection & employee sensitive data – encryption, etc
Industry experience in financial services required
Leadership: Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to guide technical teams and influence stakeholders
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of developing effective solutions to complex technical challenges.
My client is looking for a Data Analyst who will oversee the entire Data function (Data Analysis, Data Engineering, Data Science) design as they look to bolster and built out their data function to power their business. You will working closely with the group C-level executives to plan all business and technical aspects of different data and analytics systems and platforms while understanding features and properties, ensure data integrity of new and existing tracking.
Collect, analyze, report, and interpret data for use in business operations. The data steward is responsible for determining how a company governs, manages, collects and processes existing data. The data steward establishes technical capabilities, create processes and formulate business intelligence that enables the organisation to interact, report and utilise data.
Act as the primary data governance oversight function and ensure compliance to the organisation’s data governance standard.
Create and manage data governance framework activities (e.g. data protection compliance, data retention and archiving guidelines, data standards, data processing documents) on project plans to integrate into overall project deliverables.
Maintain ongoing communication and sound working relationships with Technology and Business teams to ensure ongoing collaborative effort, delivery of shared goals and achievement of data vision.
Regularly audit data pipelines and storage solutions to ensure data quality and accuracy.
Define and design data architecture and formulate future state architecture based on business requirements.
Identifies and provides input to new technology opportunities that will impact enterprise-wide business intelligence systems
Explores data and discovers patterns, meaningful relationships, anomalies and trends
Develops best practices for report/dashboard deployments and change management to ensure effective use of deployed solutions
Analysis, design, development, implementation, maintenance and system testing of data systems
Drive and support the development and implementation of data management as it pertains to the delivery of data quality, data governance and data utilisation practices.
Determine the data requirements when working on projects, ensuring detailed and comprehensive inputs to document the scope and confirm what role data management will play.
