• Responsible for the daily reconciling of Flour, Bread and yeast

Key Responsibilities:

• Flour management (ordering, receiving and reconciliation against usage)
• Balancing ingredient and flour usage against finished goods transferred (yield variance)
• Balancing the production recon report daily and weekly
• Updating and balancing consumption of ingredients and finished goods on oracle.
• Investigation of any usage variances and losses.
• Receiving, scanning and filing of invoices.
• Ensuring damages are recorded correctly.
• Silo allocation and usage.
• Any other ad hoc tasks assigned by line manager.

Required Qualifications:

• Higher certificate in supply chain/production/operations or other related fields
• Matric (grade 12) with math and science
• Chamber of baking course (advantageous)
• Knowledge of quality Standards and various audits that the factory complies with.

• An experienced refrigeration technician/artisan Technician, to join our maintenance team. You will be responsible for maintenance, repairs and installation on refrigeration systems, AHU and air compressor units.
• You may also be required to advise on equipment upgrades and alternate cooling units.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC/AHU systems to ensure optimal functionality.
• Perform preventative maintenance, servicing, and repairs on air-conditioning and refrigeration units, including cold rooms, package units and air compressors.
• Oversee minor installations, including split unit setups and small modifications.
• Inspect and ensure compliance with Health & Safety standards, including OSHA regulations.
• Maintain accurate service records and technical documentation.
• Manage contractors, provide updates, and ensure service excellence.
• Assist in mentoring junior technicians, ensuring skills transfer and development.
• Work independently and in teams, ensuring high technical standards.
• Be available for emergency callouts, extended hours, or weekend shifts as required.

Experience:

• 3 – 5 years of hands-on industry experience in HVAC and refrigeration Technician Role post obtaining your Trade Qualification.
• Strong exposure to commercial refrigeration systems including but not limited to: Chill Water Systems, Single Phase/3 Phase Motors, Refrigeration Systems, Air Handling Units and Air compressors (steam boiler advantage).
• Working on Multiple Projects/Portfolios
• Oversight of small teams (advantageous).

Qualifications:

• Red Seal Trade Qualification (Mandatory)
• Safe Handling Practitioner Certificate (Optional)

• AHU, HVAC (Commercial experience (cooling and drying rooms, humidity controls.)
