    Sales Representative- East London

    • You are the face of Bakeries to the customer at a local level. You are accountable for growing the Bakery Business in store by servicing a defined route schedule within a specific geographical area.
    • You act as a sales expert to the stores and you maximize sales through effective planning and order-writing, as well as supporting and completing activities such as merchandising, shelving, stock rotation, returns and pricing. You are dedicated towards using consumer and trade information to address the customer's needs.

    WHAT YOU WILL DO:

    • Develop and maintain a complete knowledge of Tiger Brands products within your portfolio, sales systems and procedures.
    • Develop strong business relationships with store management to provide service and value beyond the customer's expectations.
    • Perform in-store planning by tailoring programs and fact-based sales presentations to the customer's needs, store demographics, and the current consumer base.
    • Work with customers to ensure sufficient product is ordered to support consumer take away.
    • Implement POP drivers as per customer and brand plans and report on the POP scorecard.

    Distribution Controller- Mthatha

    Systems Analyst (Boksburg)

     

    • As a System Quality Analyst, you will be required to implement and manage Quality Management System for Both Vegetable Canning Plant and Salads glass unit

    WHAT YOU WILL DO

    Implement and manage Quality Management System:

    • Document Control by ensuring the correct revision is being used across the plant including the receiving ingredients, of packaging. (Schedule internal audits)
    • Record Keeping - Ensure files are clearly marked and up to date
    • Nonconformance Management - Tracker- food safety, internal and external (Conduct trend Analysis) Conducts internal audits & PRP Audits 1 PRP monthly to be audited Draft and follow up on the Corrective action and preventative actions raised from the internal audits & external nonconformances. (Preventative maintenance).

    Drive implementation HACCP:

    • Arrange training for Food safety team members.
    • Ensure Food Safety appointment letters are up to date, signed and filled.
    • Ensure Food Safety and Internal audits certificates are valid and in file.
    • Schedule monthly food safety meeting, populate presentation slides as per agenda, draft minutes, follow up on previous action Plan. 
    • Schedule annual management reviews, populate presentation slides as per the agenda, draft minutes, follow up on previous action Plan. Co-ordinate entire food safety and quality training schedules, conduct training needs analysis.
    • Co -ordinate risk assessments (HACCP studies).

    Implement and maintain the Modules quality module (super users on patronus):

    • Arrange training and log ins for new recruits and existing Veg, labelling and Salads Load and update documents on food connect. Review floor documents versus the master.   
    • Maintain quality related legal and customer requirement (Management of external documents)

    Implement and manage Consumer Safety Management System

    • Compare and Amend core standards (Group standards versus internal standards)

    WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TABLE

    • Bachelor degree, or equivalent qualification in a natural science / engineering.
    • TQM or Quality qualification advantageous
    • Continuous improvement methodologies (TPM/WCM/Lean)
    • Sound working knowledge of the MS Office suite (Outlook; PowerPoint, Excel)
