    Learning & Development Lead

    • The Key Purpose of this role is to drive the execution of the learning & development strategy and ensure delivery of key learning initiatives within the Solutions & Finance functions

    Key Roles and Responsibilities:

    • Implement the Global & Zone L&D strategy within the functional area
    • Maintain an accurate functional capability and skills matrix by job family or other appropriate job designation
    • Conduct functional capability needs analysis by analyzing the output of the competency assessment and other functional data reports to identify L&D opportunities

    Stock Clerk

    • The Key Purpose of this role is to ensure effective Warehouse stock control at all times

    Key Roles and Responsibilities:

    • To ensure weekly stock rotation is conducted
    • Contribute to Warehouse DPO Pillar 
    • To ensure daily stock taking is conducted

    • The Key Purpose of this role is to work towards achieving growth in volumes sold, growth in market share and increased competitiveness through providing market driven differentiated service that builds sustainable competitiveness within clearly identified segments.

    Packaging Team Leader

    • The key purpose of the team leader packaging is to lead the SBU in the execution of the production plan, executing quality control and analyses, the carrying out of autonomous maintenance tasks and the resolution of production problems.

    Key roles and responsibilities:
    Operating and Process Control:

    • Ensuring the SBU understands and adheres to the operational, quality and process standards, work instructions and maintenance schedules and performance target.
    • Mentoring, supporting and coaching team members in the correct execution of their tasks.
    • Checking and verifying that team members are monitoring process performance, carrying out required quality checks and recording the information on the appropriate systems.
    • Reviewing and sign off of shift performance and ensuring that all required administration tasks in support of the production team are carried out.
    • Where production problems have been escalated to the team leader, deciding on a course of action to resolve the problem. This may involve calling in specialist resources.
    • Developing teams and ensure training needs are met by carrying out training needs analysis, one-on-one's and performance reviews.
    • Where a team leader has identified a training need, corrective action must be initiated.
    • Driving performance management, leading the development of team goals and carrying out performance reviews and team target review sessions.
    • Ensure end of shift results report is complete to enable shift handover Ensure QFR, 5 why and Abnormality reports are done according to triggers

    Maintenance of Plant and Equipment:

    • Checking that the team, in accordance with work instructions and maintenance schedules carries out required autonomous maintenance tasks and any required running repairs on shift.
    • Ensuring that the process artisan carries out running repairs on shift, mentors and coaches the process operator on autonomous maintenance and carries out work in support of the maintenance specialists. 
    • Ensuring that the process artisan takes part in maintenance and cleaning days in support of maintenance specialist and takes part in maintenance post mortems. 
    • Takes part in maintenance planning meetings, where appropriate, and highlights maintenance problems requiring attention. 
    • Where maintenance issues have been escalated to the team leader, the team leader with the Packaging artisans must provide guidance and call in additional resources if required.

    Quality Control and Analyses:

    • Ensuring that the SBU understands and adhere to quality standards, and verifying that team members are carrying out routine quality checks and analysis according to the work instructions.
    • Carrying out quality trend analysis to identify problems and opportunities timeously, and where quality problems have occurred and been escalated to the team leader, deciding on an appropriate course of action to resolve. 
    • This may involve calling in specialist resources such as the core lab. Where quality information has triggered a FFA, the team leader must ensure that the required and relevant SBU members are involved. Where quality trend analysis indicate the need for a FFA, the team leader must initiate one.

    Communication:

    • Preparing for the daily shift meeting by reviewing past shift performance and identifying issues for team discussion.
    • Leading the daily shift meeting, making use of a standard agenda, and ensuring that team members actively part-take.
    • Ensuring that issues and opportunities raised during the daily shift meetings are recorded on the gap list for action, and that these actions have accountabilities assigned.
    • Communicating the production schedule, shift production and quality performance and other relevant information to team members.
    • Conducting a hand-over meeting with incoming shift team leader. Issues to be communicated include process performance, quality, production schedule, problems and issues.
    • Checking that hand over procedures is followed (e.g. housekeeping, change parts etc.) and that team member is conducting a hand over to incoming team members. 

    Problem Solving:

    • Coaching, mentoring and supporting team members in using the correct problem-solving techniques (such as 5y, quick fix etc.) to solve situational problems. Where problems have been escalated to the team leader, deciding on an appropriate action.

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, Instrumentation, Chemical, or Process) Minimum 3 – 5 years Manufacturing industries
    • Completed Packaging Traineeship, ABInBev Leadership, or Artisan Training (Planning experience will be an added advantage)
    • 3–5 years of factory production experience
    • Proven shift production expertise, and a strong performance record marked by discipline, problem-solving skills, and a drive for continuous improvement.

    Packaging Machine Specialist

    • The key purpose of this role is to maintain, repair and optimize plant and associated devices to ensure plant availability and product quality at minimum cost without sacrificing standards. 

    Key Roles and Responsibilities: 

    Planned Maintenance 

    • Take part in maintenance planning meeting, contributing suggestions and clarifying work required
    • Ensure backlog meets minimum hours and schedules are reviewed as per required frequency
    • Carry out work during the planned maintenance window in accordance with the planned maintenance schedule issued by the planner
    • Assist fellow team members in the execution of their tasks in during planned maintenance windows
    • Partake in maintenance postmortems to feedback problems, opportunities and learnings from maintenance activities

    Routine Maintenance 

    • Partake in ATO cleaning, lubrication and inspection in accordance with the maintenance schedule issued by the Maintenance Planner must be resolved using the appropriate problem-solving techniques 
    • If Carry out routine maintenance activities in accordance with the maintenance schedule where problems have been uncovered during routine maintenance, these required, additional resources may be called in to assist
    • Where problems have been uncovered, and it is required to include the work in the planned maintenance schedule, this must be communicated to the Maintenance Planner
    • Carry out condition monitoring activities where these have been allocated to the Technician in accordance with the ZCM schedule

    Problem Solving 

    • Where problems have occurred during routine activities, apply the correct problem solving approach to resolve
    • Assist fellow team members to resolve problems on request take part, as functional expert, in AB- Report , SDCA and PDCA on request

    Housekeeping and Safety 

    • Operate in a safe manner at all times, and identify and highlight unsafe work practices so that these may be corrected
    • Carry out work according to the work instructions and adhere to appropriate AB-Inbev policies and procedures
    • Carry out housekeeping tasks, and apply 5S principles during the execution of duties
    • Present 5’s plans to team and management when required
    • Raise sio’s and close sio’s related to your machine area

    Running Repairs 

    • On request, partake in carrying out running repairs on plant and equipment, or support the Shift Artisans in carrying out repairs
    • When carrying out repairs, assess the problem and determine a course of action. Where required, specialist assistance may be called in
    • This may include internal resources such as Instrument
    • Technicians or Inspection and coding specialist or external resources such as Contractors or Suppliers
    • Where repairs indicate that major work is required, such as re-wiring a motor, this must be transferred to the engineering workshop for attention
    • Verify that where running repairs have been carried out, this has addressed the problem
    • Complete the administration tasks relating to any running repairs that the Technician has carried out
    • This includes all SAP inputs Where running repairs cannot be carried out, communicate this to the Maintenance Planner to ensure the work is planned into the next planned window 

    Key Attributes and Competencies: 

    • Ability to solve problems on FMCG machines 
    • Ability to communicate technical knowledge to operation staff improving their skills sets

    Brewing Instrument Technician

    • The key purpose of this role is to perform optimization/modification of process control systems.

    Key Roles and Responsibilities: 

    • Interacts daily with the production teams to resolve quality equipment related problems
    • Assists in the implementation of plant and process improvement projects
    • Standby duties – be available for call out when required
    • Carries out specialised maintenance work in on quality equipment - calibration and set up work, complex component replacement, etc
    • Ensures availability of specified critical spares and recommendations on maintenance regimes
    • Verification/validation of quality equipment operation
    • Uses SAP, other systems and reports as appropriate to analyse information in order to identify deviations from process capability relating to quality equipment

    Treasury Risk Manager

    • The key purpose of this role is to ensure the accuracy and integrity of risk reporting, with a focus on hedging activities, review of financial results & accounting treatment, and validation of foreign exchange exposures within the Treasury Management System (IT2). Acting as the owner of risk management documentation, the manager maintains and updates all records while overseeing daily risk operations to drive operational excellence, accurate reporting, and compliance with internal policies and external regulations. This role is accountable for applying risk management frameworks, identifying opportunities in Forex and hedging strategies, and championing continuous process improvements that strengthen reporting quality, governance, and overall risk management capabilities.

    Key Roles & Responsibilities: 

    • Monitoring financial markets (FX, commodity and interest rates) to support the formulation and implementation of strategies that ensure best execution of hedging activities, so that the core requirements of treasury policies are delivered.
    • Providing Global Group Treasury and the ABInBev Finance community with in-depth analysis and commentary on the Foreign Exchange (FX) and interest rate markets and Zone insurance; providing relevant and timely reporting on developments in currency markets and interest rates. Participation in weekly trading strategy sessions.
    • Understand local regulations across each market governing the management of financial risk.
    • Formulation of hedging strategies (within the confines of the Group Treasury Risk Policy); Event-driven financial & analytical modelling & analysis.
    • Hedge execution on behalf of Countries; undertaking spot and forward foreign exchange (FX) dealing to hedge actual or projected currency exposures in accordance with Group treasury policies and procedures; MTM reviews and validation of deals captured in IT2.
    • Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory frameworks, policies, procedures, Service Level Agreements and other policies.
    • Chair regular Country conference calls to plan treasury execution to ensure FX policy compliance is achieved and review of exposure forecast accuracy (Commodity & FX).
    • Economic forecasting and trend analysis (Macroeconomic updates, insights and reports) including Bank engagement and relationship management.
    • ISDA (International Swaps & Derivatives Association) negotiation and management with financial partners.

    • The Key Purpose of this role is the effective operation of the PDM system, including the capture and updating of documents, and the auditing of the PDM system
